Description

I would like to have a local tracker for the SMS system, which could be developped further in collaboration.
Manfred Pürro (PP-BE) already signalized interest.
The software is programmed in PHP.
The current code can be provided on request (still some architectureal hack issues, which is why I hesitated to publish it yet publicly).
