On the OTRS Queue (webmaster@) we get emails from the wordpress installation from vaud.
You surely have admin access to the page vd.partipirate.ch right? Can you take a look if anything is configured wrong?
We get mails like this, so it is probably in the comments settings:

Not the 1st time I'm checking for that one, and verified that we have our "vorstand" address set in the general settings.
Still, this time I found why those mails are received: The webmaster address was indeed used for a generic user, getting a notification whenever a comment was posted on an article for which this user was "author".
This shouldn't happen anymore now.
