subproject agenda for Sektion beider Basel¶

The board of the section of both Basel would like to have a subproject "agenda" for "Sektion beider Basel" for future party assemblies (similar to project "Agenda" for national assemblies).

1. Not so active members get more used to Redmine (i.e. also for national assemblies or support tickets)
2. Minimizes human mistakes by the person responsible for motion collection
3. Provides a good overview, with archive for accountability to members
4. Is practical for looking up past assembly decisions

We need to send out the invitation for the next party assembly latest by 16th February.
Priority set to high as this issue is important for our planing (i.e. if the motion would be turned down) we would be glad if this ticket would be processed as soon as feasible ;-)
