The one-time hiccup happened again... (see ticket: #4759)
all tickets were assigned to MRW, I am sure he will be happy with piratepad tasks ;D

Well that task specifically tries to make sure that no task is not assigned, so what you tried there is BAD, make a kanban backlog or set them to won't do. Which would be more realistic anyway - there shouldn't be any unassigned tickets. If no responsible person is left, the ticket is useless.
The Bug itself is funny, since the code looks perfectly fine, and it works correctly on the console.

Ticketmodul? hä? Hast du das mit Corvus abgesprochen?
Der Bug ist im Cronjob, der wird immer wieder auftauchen, und wird so auch nicht behoben.
Bitte das pirate rake script einchecken, dan kann ich auch nen Fix machen. das gilt auch für ticket: #4875
