Notes:

As mentioned in description, many MLs are related to "retired" workgroups or are now obsolete.

Some ML's purposes are unknown or cannot be clearly deduced from their names (Humanisten, Jus).

The Vorstand-ZS list's use is likely redundant with the "vorstand@zs.." alias that the section should have.

Unless otherwise specified (in the request or via other feedbacks), will suggest to decommission the following categories:

• no messages
• no activity
• only "Piratenurlaub" message
• some activity (except AG-news)

Will inquire on ways to check on "Subscriber only" lists, we may also want to decommission some, depending on use/activity.
