I created a new project "Sezione Ticino" in Redmine (http://projects.piratenpartei.ch/projects/section-ti).
Currently powerstock is the only member of the project. Please organize yourself and add members, change the description etc. as you like.
There are 3 different roles, that are important for this project:
- Project Leader -> this should be applied to board members or people who should be able to edit information about the project
- Project Manager -> this is a technical role, e.g. adding members, change permissions etc.
- Project Member -> a normal member of the project
Please give new members one or more of these roles, so they can participate.
If there are any questions regarding Redmine and it's usage, just ask :-)

Just an addition on how to use the roles.
Assign Project Member to members with less permissions or Project leader for members with more permissions. It will give you nothing to mix those roles so don't do it.
Assign Project manager to members which should be able tho manage project members and permissions and project settings. This role can not exists on its on and must be combined with one of the others.
